CMC For Detergent Industry

DECARE® CMC is the basic ingredient of powder detergent, especially non phosphorus powder. It has the characteristics of colloid. When used in detergent powder, it can stabilize the bubble, protect both hands and effectively prevent washes from being contaminated after washed by synthetic detergent.

DECARE® CMC for Detergent Industry, can be used in liquid, paste detergent acts as stabilizing agent and thickening agent. The performance of anionic CMC could wrap the anionic fouling, as negative ions, and negative ion accumulation for same-sex repulsion, make the CMC as laundry ideal anti stain. And also is the plasticizer and adhesive for soap.

DECARE® CMC is widely used in high tower spray drying washing powder production technology, liquid laundry and liquid detergent. It can wrap up oil contamination by absorbing around oil particles, making oil contamination suspend and disperse in the water, and form a hydrophilic membrane on the surface of washed objects, so that the direct contact between oil and washed objects can be prevented.

Detergent Grade CMC with Special Specification: Granular Detergent Grade CMC, Instant Detergent Grade CMC.

Packing:

25kg kraft paper bag with PE inner, or other packing as clients request.

Storage:

1. Store in a cool, dry, clean, ventilated environment. Temperature Max. 40℃, with a relative humidity ≤80%.
2. The product for pharmaceutical and food grade should not be put together with toxic substance and harmful substance.
3. The preservation period should not exceed 4 years for industrial product and 2 years for pharmaceutical and food grade.
4. The products should be prevented from water and package bag damaging during transportation.
