SINOCMC Concludes Its 2026 Team-Building Trip in Guilin and Yangshuo

To strengthen connection, renew motivation and reinforce our collaborative culture, the company organized its annual team-building program in September 2026.

From September 16 to September 21, employees took part in a six-day journey through Guilin and Yangshuo in South China. The area’s mountains, rivers and distinctive karst scenery gave colleagues time away from their usual routines and an opportunity to connect in a relaxed setting. The landscape reflects the wider South China Karst region recognized by UNESCO.

Team-Building Highlights in Guilin and Yangshuo

Longji Rice Terraces

The journey included the Longji Rice Terraces, a striking landscape of layered fields shaped by generations of farming. Looking across the terraces and surrounding mountains offered the team a calm start to the trip.

Elephant Trunk Hill

In Guilin, the team visited Elephant Trunk Hill, one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks. The stop combined a familiar view of the city with time for colleagues to explore together.

Li River Cruise

A cruise along the Li River offered wide views of the karst peaks that make the Guilin landscape known around the world. The slower pace of the river gave the group time to enjoy the scenery and share the experience.

Two-Person Bamboo Rafting in Yangshuo

In Yangshuo, colleagues continued the journey on two-person bamboo rafts. The close view of the river, green banks and surrounding peaks brought another perspective to the area’s landscape.

Riding Through the Ten-Mile Gallery

The team also travelled through the Ten-Mile Gallery, passing mountains, rivers and countryside along the way. The shared ride added an active, informal part to the itinerary.

Xianggong Mountain

A climb to Xianggong Mountain brought a panoramic view of the Li River and the surrounding karst landscape. It was a memorable final viewpoint and a natural place to reflect on the journey.

A Stronger Team Returns

After six days together, our colleagues returned refreshed and more connected. The shared travel, new surroundings and moments of laughter helped deepen mutual understanding and trust. That collaborative spirit supports the way our teams communicate, solve problems and serve customers across different markets.
