Sodium CMC is one of the widely used cellulose ethers. It has a wide range of uses and has the functions of thickening, film-forming, cohesion, moisture retention, colloid protection, emulsification and suspension. It is very important to improve the speed of its configuration.

Sodium CMC has many advantages, but the speed of preparing for finished products is not very fast and generally it takes 10-20 hours to fully dissolve which cannot meet the needs of the market. There are two methods to improve the reaction speed of Sodium CMC, one is pretreatment method and the other is prehydrolysis method.

The method of pretreatment refers to using the principle of physical or chemical reaction, combined with the internal reaction conditions of Sodium CMC, so that the raw materials for preparing Sodium CMC can react quickly, thereby improving the speed of the whole reaction. The main principle of this method is the principle of chemical and physical reaction, using the effects of different reactions, combined with the conditions required to speed up the reaction of Sodium CMC, to promote the entire reaction.

There are many methods of pre-hydrolysis, but the principle is similar, all of which are produced in the chemical reaction to promote the reaction of Sodium CMC.
